Shipping policy

All items are shipped USPS mail with a tracking number.  We are not responsible for any lost packages after they have been dropped off at the post office/shipping office or picked up by USPS.  Additional package insurance is available for an additional fee via Shiptection at checkout. If you have not received your package and have received your tracking number, please contact your local USPS Office.  If you have not received your tracking number, please email us at desertdarlingbrand@gmail.com with your order number. 

If your items arrive damaged, please contact your local USPS office and open a claim.
